From the moment the puppy breathes it's first breath of air, we are hands on. We take great pride in our socializing and training of our dogs and we will be there for you when or if you need our help, with training, grooming, showing or just general information, we will help you find the correct answers. If you are new to the breed or a veteran, it is our goal to provide everything in our power to make your commitment easy. We are always trying to promote our outstanding breed and therefore take it very seriously. We will assist you along the way as you grow in your experience in the world of the Doberman. Together we will make the puppy selection that is right for you, taking into consideration your needs and the information that you provide in the puppy application. Please take the application serious and be as detailed and honest with your answers so that we will have all the information to make puppy selection and placement decisions, taking into consideration the desires and needs of our potential new owners.

If your puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects you must supply us within 7 days of diagnosis with your veterinarian's written report. *We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchange/replacement. The puppy would then be replaced with one of equal value and same sex as soon as available. An exchange will be given only upon receipt of the puppy (uninjured/ unharmed/unaltered/and that has not been bred) and the report from a licensed veterinarian. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred. Any shipping expenses for returning or sending the new puppy/dog would be at the buyer's expense.

Worming and vaccinations, including yearly boosters, must continue on a regular basis or the health portion of this contract is void. If requested by the Breeder, the BUYER agrees to provide annual veterinarian exams, monthly heartworm preventative tablets, apply flea & tick control. And provide all required vaccinations in accordance with a veterinarian’s schedule. *In the case of an older puppy, young adult or adult dog, you will be provided with the vaccine and health records and are required to maintain those and continue vaccinations and medical care in accordance with a licensed veterinarian’s recommendations.
The buyer agrees to take good care of this puppy/dog and provide adequate food, water, housing, and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow the breeder’s recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care.

***Purchaser understands that proper care, nutrition, exercise, and a healthy housing environment is required to maintain proper health of your new dog. Purchaser also understands that certain stress factors such as heat/cold, compulsive training, and environmental conditions (insects, excess moisture, exposure to unhealthy animals, etc...) can cause a substantial reduction in a dog’s resistance to disease and overall health and may even cause death.
We at Omnius Paratus take great pride in the excellence of our puppies. We consider it a serious commitment to breed and produce a litter. We have also tried to establish a proper screening of prospective buyers. Because we care about our puppies/dogs and their futures, some requirements for purchase may seem a little tedious. Please understand that your patience with this (sale) procedure is greatly appreciated. Please complete the PUPPY QUESTIONNAIRE in as much detail as you feel is appropriate.

Once a litter is confirmed, we will contact each family to notify them of the ultrasound results. We will update the families on a regular basis from the time the puppies are whelped. Baby photos are posted and sent to the families so that they too, can watch the litter growing. At 49 days we do a psychological testing, call a Puppy Aptitude Test and work with potential families to determine which of the puppies has the correct personality, at this critical age, to match the desires of the each family.
Deposit receipt will determine a priority placement in choices of color, sex, and psychologically selected group, depending on the goals of the potential families. Breeder recommendations and consultations are available.
Shipping costs are additional and depend on the age, weight & size of the puppy/dog, as well as the location to which you reside. Delivery options are: Personal pick-up, Delivery, or Airline. *If personal pick-up, there are no additional shipping costs.
Once your puppy has been selected, and once the delivery date has been decided, the Breeder will hold the puppy for an additional 7 days if necessary. After this time period, the puppy may have a ‘back-up’ family, in which case that family will then have the option to purchase the selected puppy and the previous deposit monies will be forfeited.
